MIST Short List 2024 pdf published

MIST Short List 2024 is published on 5 February. This short list presents the names of the students who are selected for the admission test. Here, you are getting MIST Eligible List PDF. This result is known as the MIST Primary Selection List. It will help you to know either you are selected or not. Your SSC/HSC total GPA, individual GPA and marks are considered for making you eligible for the admission test.

MIST Short List 2024

Quota is available for MIST Admission. There are freedom fighter quota, ward quota, and ethnic minority quota. But this MIST Short List doesn’t depend on the quota system. Students are selected according to their SSC and HSC performance.

MIST Eligible Short List

This MIST Eligible List 2024 is much important for both the students and the MIST authority. It determines who are going to sit for the admission test. Now students know who are going to sit for the admission test. But the MIST Seat Plant is needed for them. Don’t worry, it will be mentioned on the admit card.

MIST Eligible Candidates List 2024

Only MIST Short List 2024 students will sit for the admission test. Those are not selected, cannot take part in the admission test. But in case you are not selected this year, you may try again next year as second timer.

To be noted, those are second timers or who have passed HSC in 2022 will lose 5 marks from total merit score.

MIST accepts second timer candidates. This year, a huge number of students have applied as second timers. There is separate MIST Eligible Candidates List for the second timers. So, if you are second timers then you will check the eligibility by separate PDF file.

MIST Short list for Admission Test

The students those will pass the admission test will go through medical test and interview. One candidate must be passed in the medical fitness test. However, now you have to make sure that you are eligible for the admission test.

If you are eligible, then you will your name and the congratulations message there. You will also find the ‘admit card’ button there for downloading your admit card. You have to download the admit card PDF and get it print copy.

MIST Primary Selection Result

MIST Short List for the final admission test 2024 has been already issued. Today all the applicants (Regular and second timers) can know who are eligible. Congratulations to the students those are selected for participating in the admission test. But for your concern, you should know that this is the MIST Primary Selection List. This result doesn’t confirm your admission into MIST.

Admission Test:

The schedule for admission test (Unit-A and Unit-B) has been introduced. The admission test is going to be held on 17 February. Those will pass the admission test will go through medical test. The final merit list will be made by calculating your admission test mark, SSC marks and HSC marks.

Medical Test: You will go through several medical check up. Urine test, HBs Ag, blood grouping, dope test etc. You have to be totally fit by the medical tests.

MIST Admission Test Marks Distribution

There are two units for the MIST 2024 Admission. Unit A consists of Engineering and Architecture. Unit B consists of Architecture. You should take a look at the mark distribution:

Unit-A:

  • Physics- 70
  • Chemistry- 30
  • Math- 90
  • English- 10
  • Total-200
  • Time- 03 hours

Unit-B:

  • Drawing and Architecture related topics- 200
