For your kind information, the candidates who have been admitted in any previous session cannot apply for this 2023-24 session. If the candidate is admitted in any previous session then he has to cancel his admission before the application.

According to the Honours Admission Circular 2024, the Honours Merit list will be made considering your SSC and HSC GPA. There is no admission test for the NU admission. If the merit position is same then the subject wise marks will be considered.

Honours Admission Requirements

At first, you have to know that if you have application eligibility or not. If you are eligible you can submit the online application. Here is the requirements described. So, take a look at the Honours Admission Circular Requirements-

• Students who have passed HSC exam in 2022 and 2023 can apply.
• Students who have passed SSC exam in 2020 & 2021 can apply.
• Humanities Group: Candidate has to obtain minimum GPA 3.00 in both SSC & HSC. The total GPA in SSC & HSC has to be GPA 6.50.
• Business Studies and Science Group: Candidate has to obtain minimum GPA 3.00 in SSC & HSC and the total GPA in SSC & HSC has to be GPA 7.00.

• Then click on ‘Honours Login’ tab
• There enter your SSC, HSC roll number and exam year
• Your profile will be shown
• Enter your valid mobile number
• Select your chosen college
• Then select the subject preference
• Upload your photo
• Then submit the application

Your photo must be size of 150 x 120 pixel and the file size should not exceed 50 KB.

After you submit the online application you will get a print copy of it. Then you will submit the application form to the applied college office. You must submit the required papers which according to your college. It is better to read the notice of your college.

The payment: According to the Honours Admission Circular 2024, the online application fee is 250 TK. The payment can be done through mobile banking system (Bkash, Rocket, and Nagad). After you make the payment, you will submit these documents into your applied college.

Application Submission: You will login into your Honours ID to see if it is received or not. After you login, If you see ‘Received’ then it is okay. But if you see ‘submitted’ for several days then you should contact to the college authority.

After you complete the online form fill up you will download the application form. Then you will submit it with other required papers to your applied college office. The documents you need to submit-

• SSC Registration card, admit card and Marksheet
• HSC Registration card, admit card and Marksheet
• The applicant copy of the online application
• Quota documents (If have)

Students application from submission to college within last date. All document need for submission to college.

NU Honours Admission Result

After the online application end, the merit list will be published very soon. The candidates who will get subject in the merit list will start class. The candidates who will not get subject in the first merit list they will wait for the second merit list.

There will be total of two merit lists. After then, there will be release slip as a part of the admission system. The candidates who will not get subject in first and second merit list will apply for the release slip. That time students will select five colleges at the application time.
