Migration:

You can turn on migration if you don’t want to study in your allocated subject. But if you have already got the first subject of the choice list then migration is not for you. Your subject will be changed according to your subject preference.

For your kind information, there will be no migration for the second merit list. That means, the subject you have got in this second merit you have to study under this department.
