- Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery (3 years)
SSC + HSC total: minimum: 6.00
SSC & HSC level need minimum-2.5 point individually.

- After fill up your admission form you will need upload scan photo (300×300) and scanned signature.
- This copy will be need when you will pay your admission fee.
- After pay your payment. You will get confirmation SMS.
